Referral Scheme

No doubt once you have experienced the professional service and caring attitude from Ryder Reid you will want to spread the word! This can be done through our referral scheme.

The Ryder Reid referral scheme is very straightforward.

Refer a friend or colleague and if we place them permanently, you will receive a £200 gift to spend as you wish. For Contract and temporary referrals we offer £50 once the temp/contractor has started their first assignment.

Each time you refer a candidate who is placed with one of our clients you will receive this payment so multiple referrals are possible.

Payments are made as soon as the referred candidate registers and then starts in their new role.
