Our clients are keen to meet secretary candidates with strong typing skills (70wpm +), excellent PA skills (handling multiple diaries, travel arrangements, varied administration and personal work for multiple bosses) and a strong secretarial background (well versed at handling the typing of various, and sometimes long, documentation) from the following work areas; the ‘Big Four' Accountancy firms, US Investment Banks, City Architects, City Insurance Companies or Hedge Fund/Private Equity Houses. We have vacancies at all levels (Junior Associate to Managing Partner) for secretaries with just a few years experience or those at a more senior level for a number of years.
