A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join the HR team within a prestigious and world renowned US and International law firm. The firm is seeking a HR Officer with strong employee relations experience to work as an official number two to the HR Manager and deal with all of the day to day operational HR issues and to help streamline procedures relating to disciplinaries, appraisals etc. In addition, the successful candidate will also be assigned some very interesting project work. Based in stunning City offices, you will be working closely with the HR Manager, HR team and Administration Director. This firm is highly sought after by candidates as the working environment is friendly, professional and proactive and very forward thinking. To be successful in your application, you will need to be a CIPD qualified, self motivated and organised individual who can work on their own initiative as well as being a team player. To be considered, candidates will need a minimum of 5 years experience (gained from either a law firm or similar professional services environment) at a HR Officer level.
