We recently moved into stunning new offices in the heart of the City and our business continues to grow steadily even in these challenging times. As a result of this expansion we now have a requirement for an experienced consultant to work with our prestigious law firm clients sourcing professional support staff in London - from HR Personnel, Administrators and Receptionists to Legal Secretaries and Paralegals. The role is varied with the emphasis being on high level of client and candidate care and account management. We have very little turnover in terms of our staff with the majority of our consultants working here for many years. The atmosphere is fun, friendly but professional and the agency has a great reputation and are the leaders in our market. The consultants are supported by a high level of resourcers and administrators and as well as an excellent commission structure the firm offers a generous annual bonus and the ability to be eligible for a share option scheme and company profit share. We are particularly looking for a consultant who has previous experience in the legal recruitment market at any level and who wants to develop his/her career and get involved in the business in the longer term.
