Referral Scheme
If you refer a friend or colleague to Ryder Reid which results in a permanent placement, we will reward you with a cash bonus of £300 to spend as you wish! For contract and temporary referrals we offer a £50 cash bonus once the temp/contractor has started their first assignment. Cash bonus payments are only paid on an individual basis per candidate. They do not apply each time that candidate starts a new permanent/temporary placement. However, if you refer more than one friend of colleague which results in further placement, you will receive the same cash bonus payment. Payments are made once a referred candidate has started a new role and completed their specified probation period.
