“I started working in recruitment in 2015, specialising in construction and HGV, before moving into legal recruitment in 2018. 

“I’m good with people, knowledgeable about recruitment software and have a knack of finding good people for more unusual legal roles. My job involves registering candidates, organising interviews, database management and helping colleagues with software queries. 

“We have a great team here that genuinely cares about supporting law firms and candidates throughout the process. The best part of my job is telling candidates that their application has been successful. 

“As a child what job did I want when I grew up? I wanted to work with animals, possibly as a vet or ecologist. I also wanted to be Bruce Lee.”
