“I joined Ryder Reid in 2006 and it was my first job in recruitment. I’ve worked my way up from entry level to co-owner and Business Director. I’ve worked in all of our recruitment sectors, but my main experience comes from managing our interim legal division. 

“As well as managing finance and operations, I work closely with our Document Review and Legal team to ensure the highest level of service for our candidates and clients. I also work with Andrea on strategy and growing our business. I really enjoy being able to affect change and see it followed through from initial idea to end results. 

“We’re an honest agency and that’s reflected in our team. We work hard and believe in doing things the right way, always putting the interests of clients and candidates first. We aim to build long-lasting relationships. 

“In 2021 after 4 years of study, I completed my degree in Management.

“My dream job as a child was to be a footballer, but, sadly, I didn’t have the talent. I genuinely wanted to work in recruitment, even completing my school work experience as a recruitment consultant. I guess it was written in the stars.”
