“My biggest personal achievement so far has been to successfully move from Australia to the UK with my partner. I started off working in admin at Ryder Reid, but soon worked my way up to Associate Consultant on the temp desk. I love working in recruitment. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the job.

“An average day for me here usually involves contacting and responding to candidates, helping them through the process of finding their ideal role. I’m confident and I’m a good communicator. I’m always keen to learn and develop my knowledge and skills, and Working at Ryder Reid enables me to do that.

“All of the team here works very hard to create great relationships with law firm clients and candidates. We want to ensure the best outcomes for both.

“My favourite thing about working at Ryder Reid is I’m constantly learning new things and working with fantastic people who are happy to help me. The thing I love most about my job is being able to help people in their career journey, it’s really satisfying.

“As a child, what did I want to be when I grew up? I wanted to be in S Club 7.”
