“I was working at a local call centre when I realised that what I loved most about the job was speaking to people on the phone, providing them with a good service and building strong relationships. Soon after, I got the opportunity to join a boutique recruitment agency, which enabled me to grow my skills and experience, and eventually work within recruitment in the City of London.

“My biggest professional achievement to date was winning a consultant of the year award across 33 UK branches, I was really proud. I love recruitment. The satisfaction and sense of accomplishment you get after you’ve gone through the whole recruitment journey with candidates and helped them to secure a new exciting role, it’s immense.

“During an average day, my job within Ryder Reid’s permanent and temporary division centres on helping candidates to secure a new role, as well as prospecting for new business and meeting both clients and candidates.
