“I have a deep understanding of law and a desire for motivating and helping others. Being an Associate Consultant at Ryder Reid Legal offers me the best of both worlds.

“I have a combined degree in law, human rights and criminal justice and prior paralegal experience. I’ve been invited to the House of Commons a few times and I’ve interviewed numerous political and royal figures. I’m good at building strong relationships with people of all types.

“What sets Ryder Reid apart from its competitors? There are many things, but chief among them is we really are a people-first organisation. It’s at the heart of what we do every day. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that the needs of both law firms and candidates are met.

“I’m continually overwhelmed at how warm and genuine my colleagues are at Ryder Reid – it’s one of the things I love most about working here. My favourite part of my job is supporting and building strong relationships with paralegals, helping them to find great career opportunities, matching them to the right law firms and seeing them grow.

“What is my biggest personal achievement to date? Attending a United Nations conference – that was very special. As a child I wanted to travel the world and volunteer to work with underprivileged children. I wasn’t totally sure about what I wanted to do for a job, but I used to say to myself, ‘as long as I’m happy, it will be fine’. If I could go back I would tell my younger self not to worry because everything will fall perfectly into place, because it has.”
