Our client, a prestigious global Law firm, are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their growing office in London on a permanent basis. The responsibilities include a variety of tasks, including;
- Maintenance of General ledger expense, balance sheet accounts, new GL account requests, monthly GL journal log
- Review of monthly balance sheet & payroll benefit reconciliations
- Review and set-up of new AP vendors
- Monthly VAT returns for London office
- Cash flow forecast reporting for London and Brussels offices
- Review of weekly invoice and expense payment runs
- Foreign exchange currency payment runs
- Review and development of all London office accounting controls, policies and procedures
