We are recruiting on a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis.
This is an extremely busy and varied role where the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR and Administration Manager as well as other members of the team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
·Managing internal resources
·Arranging secretarial cover for lawyers
·Updating secretarial allocation document with leavers
·Host Secretarial catch up meetings
·Response to reference requests
·Prepare Payment request forms
·Prepare induction for new hires
This is one of the most important roles in the firm and will give the candidate the chance to build great relationships with all members of the firm, including senior members and Partners.
The candidate must have exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, with the ability to multi-task and use their initiative. Candidates must thoroughly enjoy administration and a fast-paced working environment.
