Job Title: Antitrust Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working arrangement: 100% office based, (5 days in)
About the company: A prestigious US law firm
Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Antitrust team on a permanent basis. The role will involve assisting the Antitrust Partners across filings matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating information sharing across multinational competition filings.
- Preparing filings for submission to competition authorities.
- Drafting pitches and business development material.
Qualifications: The suitable candidates will have a minimum 2.1 degree, at least 12 months antitrust, merger control or transactional experience (ideally gained from a similar law firm environment).
