Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its award-winning Asset Management team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Management Paralegal to work with a wide array of clients in the asset management sphere, including privately owned sponsors, banks, and investment managers on a range of investments, fund formations, M&A transactions, and restructurings. Some of the duties include, liaising with clients directly, proofreading documents, conducting company and market research.
To be considered, candidates must have prior corporate experience, ideally gained from a similar law firm environment. The firm offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
