This is a truly varied role that will allow you to gain experience across all areas of the marketing mix. You will handle a variety of administrative and operational functions, including:
- Attorney bio updates
- Events, pitches and proposals
- Awards and recognition
- Contact relationship management
- Team invoicing
- Diary management
You will report to the London Business Development Manager and will work closely with the Business Development specialists and coordinators to keep the team running smoothly.
In this role you will communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders in London, Paris, Munich and Brussels as well as approximately 150 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader BD, marketing and communications efforts of the Firm.
With hybrid working in place, the firm's London office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, which gives flexibility for working from home on Monday and Friday. Each department determines how the hybrid working arrangement works best for their team.
In this role you will get a great understanding of the full marketing mix, supporting all members of the BD team whilst also "owning" specific BD tasks.
