Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Business Development Assistant/Coordinator to join their prestigious London office on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the marketing and business development activities team of the London and Middles East offices of a global law firm.
As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for helping with:
- Pitches and Proposals - assisting with the project management of pursuits of clients and business opportunities, including the preparation of materials for pitches,, credentials statements and RFPs.
- PR and Digital Communications - assisting lwayers and marketing/communications colleagues with e-communications and external communications.
- Events and Sponsorships - assisting with the planning and management of firm-sponsored events; organising client hospitalist; maintaining CRM client distribution lists.
To be successful in the role, you will have a high attention to detail and produce work of a consistently high standard. Ideally, you will have an Upper Second Class Bachelor's Degree or higher with at least one years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment. You must be a self-starter with good IT and time management skills. You must have a willingness to succeed in a professional services environment.
