This prestigious and successful law firm based in the City requires a new assistant to help out their Catering team.
This role will be both varied and busy, the duties include setting up conference rooms, helping to assist with client functions and meetings, coordinate room bookings and order food/beverage/office supplies.

The hours for this position will be 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Previous experience within catering is essential and knowledge of law firms would be beneficial.
This is a short term temporary contract so candidates must be available for an immediate start.
