Job Description

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Client Administrator working for a leading law firm, based in beautiful offices, on a permanent basis. They are also offering hybrid working 3/2 along with excellent benefits.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Manage the client inception module

- Liaise with the compliance team and fee earning team to complete the process

- Run conflict checks

- Open and close files and matters

- Produce first draft engagement letters

- Be responsible for processing bills, including

- Create and add client parties, scan certified AML, submit due diligence, complete compliance checklist and all relevant Inception Tabs

The Client Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of compliance and billing administration of these tasks on client matters.
