Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Client Development Database Administrator to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the firm's client development databases, including CRM and experience/knowledge management platforms, to support strategic business development projects and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dealcloud and Foundation, staying current with system releases and best practices.
- Manage data entry, review, and maintenance, performing routine audits and leading data cleanup efforts.
- Prepare and import experience and client data, ensuring data standardization and quality.
- Develop and recommend fields, processes, and workflows within the platforms.
- Produce actionable dashboards, reports, and exports to support business development goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, technology, and/or project management.
- Experience with CRM and database management systems, preferably Foundation and Dealcloud.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of data principles and privacy/security.
