Job Title: Client Development Coordinator
Salary: Competitive
Hybrid: 3 days in/2 from home
Location: Mayfair area
Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Client Development Coordinator to join the dynamic London office of one of our international law firm clients. This newly created six-month FTC role, with a high potential for permanency, supports the Director of Client Development in a variety of marketing and business development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute virtual, live, and hybrid events.
- Serve as the InterAction expert for the London office.
- Maintain and update digital content for the firm's website and intranet.
- Support pitch preparation and directory submissions.
- Provide editorial and administrative support across client development activities.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InterAction, and Vuture.
- Ability to build trust with partners and work independently.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; professional marketing qualification preferred.
- Experience in legal or professional services marketing essential.
