Job Description

Our client, a prestigious US law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The Conflicts Analyst will complete computerised conflicts searches of existing and potential clients, to avoid possible ethical conflicts and business issues. The Conflicts Analyst will be responsible for the entire conflicts process, from research through to resolution of conflicts, through opening new files.

Duties will include; conduct basic conflict searches and analyse search results, perform corporate research using Capital IQ and Dun & Bradstreet, work with firms Lawyers, Assistant General Counsel and Senior Conflicts Attorneys to assist with conflict resolutions.

The successful candidate will be degree educated, and have 3+ years professional work experience. Previous experience with conflicts is essential, ideally gained from working within a US or international law firm.
