Corporate & Commercial Paralegal - Direct Training Contract progression | Leading UK Law Firm | Hybrid | Central London

I am working with a highly respected UK Top 100 law firm seeking a driven and ambitious Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to join its Central London team, working closely with high-profile City partners on a broad range of challenging corporate matters.

This role offers a structured route through to a training contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, including M&A

• Conducting legal research

• Drafting and preparation of legal documents and reports

Candidate Requirements:

• A strong academic background

• Must have SQE1 and ideally SQE2 completed

• At least 12 months Corporate experience
