Our Solicitors firm client, a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recommended firm, are seeking a Costs Draftsperson to join their team. Responsibilities for the role include:
- Drawing up of all types of legal aid claims
- Inter partes bills in all areas of law
- Negotiating costs settlements
- Managing high costs cases
- Use of CCMS, Microsoft Office suite and Costsmaster software
- Maximising costs and protecting costs liabilities
This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid and remote working options available. Salary is up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience and skillset.
