Our global law firm client is seeking an experienced CRM Database Executive to support and assist the CRM team in delivering excellent results from the firm's database. Reporting in to the firm's Senior InterAction CRM Executive, this will be pivotal role within the Marketing and BD Function.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Data quality expert - executing a data quality improvement strategy. Working with external suppliers, IT and own team to action this. Also liaising with the CRM team, to ensure a targeted approach is taken with regards to Focus accounts
- International training lead and secretarial training support - provide succinct training modules to London and International secretarial teams, as well as Manchester staff
- Manage day-to-day DCM tickets, business processes and bounce backs, including allocating work to other team members where appropriate
- Become the go to person to field day-to-day CRM and eMarketing system queries
Successful candidates should have a minimum of a years' experience and have worked within a legal or professional services environment plus solid experience of database management using a CRM systems. Strong IT and communication skills are also essential. Knowledge of Business Development and eMarketing processes is beneficial, along with strong experience of InterAction/ Dynamics and advanced Excel skills. This role would suit either an experienced Executive/ Coordinator or an Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
