Our client, a leading US firm, are looking for a CRM Executive to cover a 12 month FTC, overseeing and managing the firm's CRM system, InterAction. You will be working to manage data quality and enhance the system, driving and monitoring fee earner engagement firm-wide. You will also be working towards online and digital marketing initiatives to assist the wider marketing team.
You must have significant knowledge of using InterAction and understand how CRM systems works whilst using best practice to achieve business objectives. Ideally you will have experience using eMarketing software and Vuture's email module.
