Exciting new opportunity for a Directories Manager to join expanding US law firm in London.
Our client, a highly successful US law firm, is keen to recruit a Directories Manager within the Global Communications. Reporting into the Director of Communications in the US, you will be managing the firm's entries in directories, surveys, rankings and other legal publications. Key responsibilities for the Directories Manager will include drafting compelling submissions for the firm and individuals; setting up directory interviews; building and managing relationships with legal directory researchers; providing leadership and encouraging best practice; and dealing with the firm's responses to surveys.
The successful candidate for the Directories Manager role will have excellent writing, editing and analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of the legal industry. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism or a related subject is highly desirable. Knowledge of the research process for legal directories and surveys is required, and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential. You must be able to quickly analyse problems/deliver results and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
