About the Role
You'll be responsible for the delivery of electronic billing invoices. You'll successfully deliver the firm's eBilled invoices to client portals. coordinating with other departments to ensure all invoices are billed in a manner meeting the client's guidelines, setting clients up for billing and continuing to improve eBilling processes throughout the firm. To be successful as an eBillings Assistant you should be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of legal billing systems is desirable in this role. You'll be able to work as part of the wider finance/billing function to ensure that an effective billing service is provided. You will be skilled at building good working relationships both internally and externally. You'll likely have previous experience as a Billing Assistant or in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Excel combined with strong attention to detail.
