Our client, a global law firm, is very keen to attract an experience Evening Legal Secretary to join them on a Permanent basis.
The successful Evening Legal Secretary will have previous evening and corporate experience and provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the partners, associates and trainee solicitors, as well
as working closely with other secretaries and business support professionals.
Duties include: diary management, proofreading, arranging travel, and administrative tasks including typing, photocopying, binding, scanning documents, filing, timesheets and
expenses. Candidates must be well organised, highly motivated and lead by example with professional behaviour and a positive attitude.
Creating and amending complex Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Visio charts, Excel spreadsheets and comparing documents with ChangePro; creating and formatting styles, editing document with DocXtools; fast and accurate typing; proofreading and ad hoc secretarial support
The hours for this position is 5.15pm - 11.45pm.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong written and communication skills, with a positive, professional attitude and able to remain calm under pressure.
