Our growing and highly successful Executive Search team is looking for an Executive Search Resourcer to join them on a permanent basis. This should be an interesting and varied role in one of our busiest teams.
This isn't a role for someone who is looking for a sales-led recruitment environment. At Ryder Reid Legal we focus on building long term relationships and have a well-established team who work closely with prestigious legal clients globally. Our Executive Search team consists of three Consultants and a Director and we are keen to have an enthusiastic and methodical Resourcer join us.
You will be offered a variety of duties where you will be responsible for helping us source and retain the highest calibre candidates for a wide range of senior level positions. Our proactive approach means we need someone who is able to provide market research and who can help us keep up to date with the latest insight. You will also be required to create social media and marketing content. The role will involve administrative tasks including: updating candidate and client information, market mapping, taking calls, attending vacancy briefings, and general correspondence.
As our new Resourcer you will ideally be educated to degree level, be methodical in process and analytical by nature. You should have the ability to work to tight deadlines, and re-prioritise workload whilst never jeopardising the standard of your work.
