Job Title: Facilities Assistant (12 Month FTC)
Location: Liverpool Street
Working Arrangement: 5 days a week in the office
Ryder Reid are looking to recruit an eager and professional Facilities Assistant for one of our renowned city law firm clients on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting with all their facilities requirements.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
·Handling internal and external post
·Replenishing stationery, paper, envelopes etc
·Assisting with office moves
·Setting up workstations
·Answering calls directed to the Facilities department
·Assisting with reprographics services
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on, and have at least six months of facilities experience in a professional services environment or a law firm. The ideal candidate must have a strong team ethic, good communication skills, and believe in providing excellent customer service.
