Job Description

My client, a law firm in central London, is recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to support their London and regional offices on a permanent basis.

Duties will include;

  • Assist in the administrative and facilities/operations for the London office, such as general maintenance and repairs, vendor relations, building engineering, security, and maintenance.
  • Assist with coordination of office maintenance programs, construction projects, maintain office seating charts, signage etc.
  • Coordinate with building management re fire, life safety training, fire drills
  • Participate in office security operations, including updates to security system, maintenance key card program etc.
  • Act as administrative contact with internal and external parties
  • Supervising Office Assistants on an adhoc basis

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facilities Coordinator from a legal or professional services background.
