A leading US law firm is keen to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join their existing Facilities team on a 12 month contract basis to cover maternity. With the facilities function being a busy operation, the coordinator role is carried out by two people. Your remit will be to handle more of the administration side of things; all departmental budgeting (creating, reviewing and submitting for approval), coordinate all departmental spending (including credit cards) and handle all subsequent invoicing ensuring all spending is tracked, track all sublease income with the finance team, analyse all contract renewals, deal with all DSE and all related administration
To be considered, You will be an experienced facilities administrator who is very organised, has strong attention to detail with excellent Word and Excel to go along with your proven numeracy skills. You will be a good communicator, be able to liaise at all levels and have a strong work ethic to ensure that everything is completed in a timely manner.
