My client a fantastic Law firm based in the City is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of all office services whilst managing all planned and reactive works to ensure the premises are safe, well maintained and operate in compliance with all relevant regulations.
The main responsibilities for the role will include:
- responsible for the service help desk
- responsible for all contractors and suppliers
- Responsibility for managing the Facilities Assistant, the Records Assistant, and the General Office team and undertaking all required performance reviews.
- Managing and coaching a team.
You must have worked for a law firm previously and have extensive experience within a Facilities role.
