Job Description

Our prestigious US law firm client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their growing Hong Kong office. Reporting into the Senior Director of Administration, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the Facilities Department, and will ensure that the office space and environment is maintained to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Facilities team, including Reception, Catering, and Mailroom
  • Acting as primary liaison between the firm and building management; undertake regular building inspections
  • Obtaining quotes for work and appointing suitable contractors
  • Maintain and control inventory supplies
  • Coordinating internal office moves and involvement in space planning
  • Ensuring security of office and supervising health & safety
  • Work with Senior Director of Administration in relation to business continuity plan
  • Undertaking a range of projects

The ideal candidate for the Facilities Manager role will have relevant Facilities experience within a law firm or professional services firm. Fluency in English is required. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple requests to tight timeframes. You must be proactive, flexible and hands-on, and be able to follow tasks through to completion, to a high standard.
