Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join the Finance team of a US law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining the firms European finance team, who advise private equity sponsors on leveraged financings, portfolio company financing needs, and a wide range of debt structures.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with increases, extensions, amendments and refinancings
- Supporting new sub‑lines and ongoing facility administration
- Managing documentation and day‑to‑day queries
- Handling additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous finance experience desirable
- Prior paralegal/legal assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment
