Our client, a top US law firm, is looking for a Financial Services Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and Director of Finance, you will be responsible for a range of duties including but not being limited to:
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing a summary of cash balances
- Processing cashbook items for EMEA offices
- Accounts Payable cover for the London office
The successful Financial Services Assistant will have strong attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Excel skills, as well as at least six month experience (ideally within a law firm). Experience with Elite Enterprise is preferable but not essential for this position.
