Ryder Reid is currently seeking 2 Paralegals to join a prestigious US law firms Funds team on a permanent, or long-term contract basis.
The team work on some of the largest fund formations in the world, and this role will be providing transactional support, including client liaison, deal execution, post-closing management and general administration tasks.
This role would suit an experienced Funds/Finance or general Corporate Paralegal, or a future trainee (who has already completed the LPC) with a training contract confirmed for September 2022 or later.
