Our client, a leading US law firm with upmarket offices, has an opening for a General Office Assistant to join their team. The firm is keen to interview candidates who have previous City experience within a law firm (or similar professional services environment) of postal duties, reprographics, soft facilities, office moves and general administration. The team really pulls together, there is no hierarchy at all - everyone is keen to get the job done. Candidates must be well spoken and well presented, proactive and enthusiastic.
The hours for the role will be 10am to 7pm apart from Wednesdays which will be 1pm to 9pm.
Some training on the job will be given but you MUST have at least 6 months previous experience in a similar role to be considered.
