A new opportunity has arisen at our client, a very highly regarded US law firm. Based in beautiful, centrally appointed offices, our client is looking to recruit a self-motivated and flexible General Office/Facilities Assistant on a permanent basis.
The role will be varied and will involve, general administration, assisting with Health & Safety (some previous experience in this field is required; desk side assessments etc), organise visitor passes for contractors and supervise contractors when they are onsite, filing, replenishing stationery stock levels and sorting/distributing post.
To be considered, you will need to be a very smartly presented individual who is able to converse with lawyers and senior business managers, be conscientious and professional with a keen interest of working in facilities.
