The role

The firm is looking for a self-motivated and people-focused Graduate Recruitment and Lateral Recruitment Specialist to collaborate closely with their exceptional Senior Recruitment Manager in launching the firm's inaugural trainee programme in London.

This dynamic role is evenly split between lateral hiring and graduate recruitment, offering variety and exposure across key areas of talent acquisition.

Lateral Recruitment:

With plans to significantly expand their associate team next year, this role will involve:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinating interviews and liaising with partners.
  • Handling offer management and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Graduate Recruitment:

As part of the firm's first trainee programme in London, you'll take the lead on:

  • Building relationships with universities.
  • Running graduate recruitment campaigns.
  • Attending early careers events and fairs.
  • Organising and managing vacation schemes.

What do you need?

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at a global law firm, with significant involvement in managing a graduate recruitment programme.
