We have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant/Administrator who is looking for a step up into a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator position to join an international law firm based in the heart of the city.
The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will work alongside the Senior HR Manager and duties will include organizing recruitment events, drafting promotional materials, scheduling interviews and arranging vacation schemes and also provide administrative support the trainee processes such as seat rotations, secondments and the qualification process. The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will have a lot of input into what the firm do and have a lot of exposure to Partners.
Ideally, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will come from an administrator/assistant role in a top city law firm. Be polished, credible and flexible as there will be evening events and travel to law fairs etc.
