Our leading London law firm client is seeking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Officer oon a permanent basis.
The Graduate Recruitment Officer will report to the Head of Human Resources & Talent and will sit within a friendly HR team. The role will focus on the firm's graduate recruitment/training contract programme but also assist on some Business Support and Paralegal hires.
Main responsibilities include:
- To assist the Graduate Recruitment Partner on the design and implementation of the firm's graduate recruitment strategy.
- Managing communications
- Delivering virtual and in-person events in relation to the firm's graduate recruitment programme.
- Organisation and running of the summer vacation schemes.
- Management and processing of vacation scheme and training contract applications on the Apply4Law system.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, positive can-do attitude with experience in a similar level graduate recruitment role in the legal sector.
