My client is a US law firm based in the City of London are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Representive to join their team on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have three year's experience in a receptionist role ideally within legal, but we will consider professional services including the hotel industry.
The hours for this role will be 40 hours per week 9:00am - 18:00pm.
Working in a dynamic, professional environment, the reception team's role is to provide a first-class customer service experience to both our external and internal clients, while delivering its main functions, including but not limited to, meeting and greeting visitors, answering switchboard calls, booking meetings and ancillary services, taxis, and visitor offices.
