HR Advisor opportunity in London.
Ryder Reid have been instructed on an exciting new HR Advisor position at one of the world's leading law firms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a busy and close-knit HR team. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role will include providing advice and guidance on disciplinary, performance and grievance issues; coordinating the annual appraisal process; running inductions for new starters; acting as HR contact for the Apprenticeship programme; advising on HR policy; preparing management information; and assisting with secondments.
The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will have strong HR experience within a Law firm or wider professional services firm, and will be CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification. You must be able to engage with a range of individuals and be flexible in your approach in order to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
