The role
The new hire will join the London office reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, EMEA and will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of the Human Resources programs, policies and activities for all personnel in the EMEA offices.
These responsibilities include the functional areas of recruitment, onboarding and integration, compensation and benefit administration, performance management, employee relations, off-boarding and terminations, training and development, recognition programs, counseling and workforce planning.
In short it is a true HR generalist opportunity that will provide exposure across all HR functions as well as the opportunity to liaise and work with international Office and HR Managers with the support of an established HR team to guide you.
What do you need?
A bachelor's degree and CIPD qualification is highly preferred, as well as 3 - 5 years' legal HR experience within an international role. Applications with international HR experience outside of legal within a professional services environment will also be considered.
