Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join one of our prestigious law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. With offices in London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Colchester, our client provides top-tier legal services across the UK. Recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK, they specialise in banking, construction, commercial litigation, corporate, employment, projects, and property.
This role offers a chance to provide comprehensive HR support, manage payroll, and engage in diverse HR activities. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and team-oriented, with a passion for HR.
Responsibilities:
- Support internal client groups and advise on employee relations issues.
- Monitor and manage absence issues.
- Assist in job description creation and interviews.
- Ensure learning and development opportunities.
- Manage payroll processes and administer the pension scheme.
- Produce statistical reports and conduct Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Lead the Firm's wellness programme and support CSR projects.
- Manage the Firm's 'Pathways to Law' partnership.
- Assist with salary review, bonus rounds, and Trainee recruitment.
- Participate in disciplinary investigations and hearings.
- Undertake project work and other generalist HR services as required.
