A hugely successful and desirable US law firm are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful HR Coordinator will work closely with Senior HR Professionals in providing effective HR support to the firm, which will include coordination of the recruitment and orientation processes, and administration of generalist HR processes and procedures.
You will be responsible for: Effectively maintaining the HR database, assisting with the process for new joiners and the preparation of all documentation, maintaining holiday records, sickness and other absences, assisting with the processing of invoices, correctly and confidentially maintaining all employee personnel files, CV and application screening, helping to arranging interviews, helping to administer training/development courses and providing general administrative support to the team as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years + legal HR admin experience - experience of working within a US law firm is also desirable. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with a proactive and 'can-do' work ethic.
