Our client, a cutting edge US law firm with a true global reach, is currently looking to hire a Director of HR to oversee their offices across EMEA. Reporting to the Firm-wide HR Director who is based on the East Coast, the newly appointed HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR initiatives across the EMEA region.
The HR Director will be based in stunning offices in London and duties will encompass employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law and compliance, maintenance of policies and procedures as well as regional compensation and benefits. There is local HR support in London and Brussels; HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, HR Officer and an Assistant. The role will focus on building strong relationships with each of the offices and ensuring that they are adequately staffed and supported on all aspects of HR.
An important aspect of the role is the HR Director is able to work seamlessly with the headquarters in the US to offer a fully global HR service. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Senior HR professional at a law firm and have experience of overseeing multi-office locations. In terms of personality, the candidate must possess strong communication skills as well having an approachable and collaborative working style.
