Job Description

A highly successful global law firm is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Manager will provide HR support to the London office and will work with the HR Director on a wide range of EMEA projects.

Key responsibilities for the HR Manager will include:

  • Management of London Secretarial team

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Visas and Immigration
  • HR Information Systems

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, CIPD qualification strong preferred. Experience in direct line management is required and a working knowledge of Workday is strongly preferred. You will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to interact with people of all levels. You must be able to work collaboratively in a centralised decision making environment, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have a pro-active can-do attitude.
