The Firm
A prestigious global law firm based in the heart of London who is due to enter a time of tremendous growth.
The role
A brand-new role to be based in London specifically assisting and working closely with the Director of Administration as the firm enters a time of exciting growth.
You will be supporting the Director of Administration in providing HR and Recruiting assistance to the London office.
You will be assisting with the administration and organisation of the local HR function including but not limited to onboarding and off-boarding lawyers and business professionals, assisting with visa applications, and working on administration HR projects.
The Senior HR and Recruitment Assistant will also prepare job descriptions, screen CVs, schedule interviews and conduct RTW checks.
What do you need?
A minimum of two years experience as a member of a Law Firm HR or Recruiting team.
Educated to degree level or similar professional qualification.
Excellent written and oral communication and excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a demanding and busy environment whilst maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
